BRIO was founded in 1884 and is today an international Group with BRIO, Simo, Alga and Carena. Since 1 January 2009, the Group is divided into two divisions: BRIO Toy and Baby BRIO. In addition there are franchise operations BRIO Partner acting as an independent subsidiary of the Group, mainly in Norway.
